Chelsea's hanging out with Tara |

If you're thinking of running for President of the United States, who's the last woman you'd want hanging out with your daughter? Chances are, you guessed Tara Reid. In that case, it's no wonder Hillary Clinton's been flipping out lately - according to Radar magazine, her daughter Chelsea has been seeing a lot of Tara. Chelsea met and immediately hit it off with Tara in Europe when Tara was filming her now canceled show, "Taradise," last summer. Chelsea, fresh from her break-up with longterm boyfriend, Ian Klaus, was ready to party. "It's almost like Chelsea dumped Ian for Tara. All of a sudden Tara was staying at Chelsea's in New York, and they were going out to Bungalow 8 and Nobu every night," a New York nightlife insider told Radar. Their friendship came to a head in September when they attended the opening of Tao in Las Vegas together. A source on Capital Hill said, "I think someone e-mailed a picture of Chelsea and Tara together in Vegas to Hillary. All I know is I hear Hillary went nuts. She's getting ready to run for President and her daughter is hanging out with Hollywood's biggest mess." Whether or not Hillary gave Chelsea a talking to over her new friend, the pair have not been hanging out lately. An employee in Tara's manager's office blames the distance between the pals on geography: "Tara's in L.A. and Chelsea's in New York." Too bad Tara's show was cancelled. Chelsea would have been a great guest star.
