"Blind" Item |

Blind items are every gossip column's favorite way to report a rumor without getting in trouble should the rumor prove to be false. They leave the reader guessing over who the subject involved in such a tawdry situation could be. But sometimes blind items aren't so blind and the subjects are so thinly veiled that only someone who's been living under a rock would be unable to guess them. Case in point, today's Holy Moly. The british gossip newsletter ran this juicy tidbit: "Which not-gay actor and his not-a-beard fiancee may not have told the complete story about a recent pregnancy announcement? The not-a-beard actress supposedly got knocked up by someone she met in the UK doing promo not long after meeting her not-gay husband-to-be." I wonder who they could be referring to.
