Lindsay Lohan's latest car crash

Lindsay Lohan's people immediately cited dangerous paparazzi as the reason for accident. But subsequently, a police spokesperson said it was merely a "normal" traffic accident reports Scotsman.

"Photographers were not involved, not at all," Lieutenant Keith Swensson told the Los Angeles Times. The official cause of the wreck has not yet been determined.

"I think she was driving very fast - I would say around 60 miles an hour," says Katherine Starr, who, with her husband Richard, is a refugee from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. "It was very scary."

"Lindsay looked really freaked out by the accident. She was very lucky, and so was the girl who was in the front passenger seat. If both airbags in the front had not inflated, both girls could have been seriously hurt."
