The snowballing effect of celebrity coke busts has us itchin' to re-run some boldface names that have had past drug-related run-ins with the law: Tim Allen, George Clinton and Robert Downey, Jr., none of whom are as much fun to include as the daughter of Florida governor Jeb Bush, NOELLE BUSH. Rush Limbaugh famously had a prescription pain-killer problem and Zsa-Zsa Gabor bitch-slapped a Beverly Hills police officer.
