Britney may headline in Vegas |

Though her normally busy schedule is now packed with pedicures, don't expect Britney Spears to stay leisurely after the birth of her first child. The singer is considering a long-term residency at one of Las Vegas's casinos. Jack Wishna, a top talent recruiter for the city, said to E!, "I met with Britney, her manager and her lawyers, and we are working on a deal to bring her to the Strip for 'X'-number of weeks in 2007-2008." Though the hotel/casino interested in signing Britney was not revealed, Wishna said, "This particular property is looking for a big name that will take them to the next level in terms of entertainment, and Britney would certainly do that for them." The residency would be akin to the ones currently going for Elton John and Celine Dion. Spears and her husband Kevin Federline are quite fond of Vegas and looked to buy a condo at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino back in April.
