As Kelly Osbourne has been promoting her upcoming album Sleeping in the Nothing, which comes out next Tuesday, she has been sure to spread the word about her recent happiness due to stopping her dependence on drugs and alcohol. But it turns out that happiness was all a lie. Kelly never stopped using. According to US Weekly, she is reportedly back in rehab. She checked in to a Pasadena facility on Thursday, the magazine reported on Friday. A representative for Kelly, 20, said she was "dealing with some personal issues" and would be back in a few weeks. Her first attempt at rehab occurred last year in a Malibu center.
