Monaghan cast in "MI: 3" |

Lindsay Lohan is eating her words this morning. The skin and bones vixen announced recently during a radio interview that she would be starring in the next Mission Impossible movie opposite Tom Cruise. Days later it was revealed that she had not yet won the part and was competing for it with Elisha Cuthbert and Tom's new flame Katie Holmes. Today the Hollywood Reporter crushed all three of their dreams as it released the casting of relative unknown, Michelle Monaghan in the role. Monaghan has had a good month between this news and her recent trip to Cannes were she schmoozed her Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang co-stars. She will be seen next in the summer blockbuster, Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
