While today is a decidedly good day for model Elizabeth Jagger, it is a sad day for a British club owner and millions of perverts hoping to get their grubby hands on another celebrity sex tape. Twenty-year-old Jagger, the daughter of the Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger and model Jerry Hall, was caught on a closed-circuit television camera at a club engaging in sexual activity with her boyfriend Calum Best last month. The club's owner, John Darling, had hoped to profit from this unexpected occurrence by selling the tape for a hefty fee. However, a British court announced that, since Jagger and Best were in a part of the club that they had assumed was private, the video could not be distributed in any form. The judge said, "Although the claimant may be said to be guilty of misconduct in a most general sense, she was not in my view on the present information guilty of such moral turpitude as to prevent her seeking her remedy from the court." So in urban translation, the judge ruled that, while Lizzie is indeed a ho, she still doesn't deserve to be so heinously dissed.
