Soccer star David Beckham's wife, Victoria Beckham aka "Posh Spice" gave birth to her third child yesterday. The baby boy, Cruz, meaning cross in Spanish was born by Caesarean section in Madrid, in the private Ruber International Hospital where the Spanish Royal Family’s children were born. Cruz Beckham, a brother for 5-year-old Brooklyn and 2-year-old Romeo, was delivered after a half-hourly operation with no complications, weighing 7lb (3.22kg). "Medical intervention lasted 30 minutes. Mother and child are in perfect health," said hospital spokesman Dr Vidal Pelaez. Beckham, who played for Real Madrid in their 2-0 defeat against Athletico Bilbao on Saturday, looked happy outside the hospital. He said: 'I have two beautiful sons already and now I have another beautiful son called Cruz. He's gorgeous, healthy and his mum is very good. We're a very happy family. He's got Victoria's lips and nose.
