Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael, is at it again. He was arrested last night in Syosset, Long Island and charged with DWI. Just after midnight he crashed his car into a telephone pole. The car then burst into flames and Michael was found and charged with driving without a license as well as driving while intoxicated. Lohan has been in and out of jail and courtrooms almost as long as daughter, Lindsay has been on the covers of magazines. Most recently, in December, he pleaded guilty to assault. He was sentenced to drug and alcohol rehabilitation, which has clearly not worked. Michael's wife, Dina, recently filed for divorce from him, after which he made several statements to the press about her and Lindsay, essentially calling them Mean Girls.
