Now she is on an extreme diet, going to bed hungry, and is down to 109 pounds on her 5'9" frame. Experts agree that starvation diets are harmful; Larry Krug, nutritional spokesperson for Crunch Fitness warns that Liz's slim frame will soon start to feed off its own muscle and her metabolism will slow down.
