Radio giant Clear Channel says it's agreed with Howard Stern for both sides to withdraw their respective lawsuits against each other. A statement issued by Clear Channel says both sides have also agreed to drop their claims for money damages relating to Clear Channel's decision to drop Stern's program from Clear Channel stations.
Stern sued Clear Channel for $10m, claiming the firm broke his contract, and he was countersued for allegedly breaching his contract.
Clear Channel stopped airing the Stern Show in February 2004, citing indecency concerns.
